Job Title: Senior Accountant - Group Finance

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Reporting To: Group Finance Manager / Group Financial Controller
 

Job Purpose

The Senior Accountant will be responsible for group-level accounting, financial reporting, and consolidation across multiple business units within Yousef Alrajhi Group. The role requires strong financial analysis, reporting accuracy, and presentation skills to support senior management decision-making.
 

Key Responsibilities

Manage group-level accounting activities, ensuring accurate and timely financial records across subsidiaries.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards.

Perform group consolidation, intercompany reconciliations, and elimination entries.

Review and analyze financial performance, highlighting key variances and insights for management.

Prepare management reports, dashboards, and financial presentations for senior leadership and stakeholders.

Coordinate with subsidiary finance teams to ensure alignment on accounting policies and reporting timelines.

Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow monitoring at group level.

Liaise with external auditors, ensuring smooth audit processes and timely closure.

Ensure compliance with ZATCA requirements, statutory regulations, and internal financial controls.

Contribute to continuous improvement of financial processes, reporting quality, and controls.
 

Candidate Profile

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (professional certifications are a plus).

6–10+ years of accounting experience, with exposure to group or multi-entity environments.

Strong experience in financial reporting, consolidation, and management reporting.

Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to explain financial information clearly to non-finance stakeholders.

Experience working with ERP/accounting systems and advanced Excel.

Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced group structure.

Prior experience in Saudi Arabia and knowledge of local regulations is highly preferred.
