We are looking for a colleague for the position of "Project Management Specialist" for the Management of AbdiBio Biotech projects.

The requirements for the successful candidate are:

• BSc in Molecular Biology and Genetics , Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Bioengineering or related scientific fields
• At least 3 years of experience within a GMP manufacturing facility, good knowledge of the technical aspects of pharmaceutical Industry and CMO manufacturing processes
• Technical knowledge and experience in Biotechnological production with sterile manufacturing is strongly preferred
• Experienced in biotechnological project Management such as new product development projects and technology transfer projects
• Experience in leading projects, and proven project management skills
• Client-oriented, excellent relationships skills at all levels
• Exceptional oral and written communication, effective presentation and reporting skills
• Ability to motivate, coordinate and guide multidisciplinary teams
• Fluent English (speaking, reading, writing)

The key duties of the successful candidate are:

• Ensure that requirements related to new product development projects such as biosimilar development are conducted properly in terms of project plan, source and outputs.
• Ensure that client’s requirements related to the acquired project are received and processed by our internal departments.
• Organizing the Tech Transfer interdisciplinary groups, assigning and coordinating the tasks related to the introduction of new processes/projects within the site.
• Support to the optimization of the production process according to cGMP and company procedures.
• To be in communication with the technical units about the definition and solution of technical problems.
