Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Abu Dhabi Real Estate Expert to join our team. This role is ideal for professionals with extensive knowledge of the local property market, strong client management skills, and a proven ability to close high-value transactions. You will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them through the buying, selling, and investment process with confidence and clarity.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and promote high-end property listings across Abu Dhabi
• Advise clients on market trends, pricing strategies, and investment opportunities
• Conduct property viewings, presentations, and negotiations
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with buyers, sellers, and developers
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transaction processes
• Stay informed about regulatory changes, new developments, and market dynamics
• Meet and exceed individual sales targets

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Abu Dhabi’s real estate market
• Strong understanding of local property laws, trends, and buyer behavior
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
• UAE real estate license required
• Professional, proactive, and client-focused
