ACADEMIC COORDINATOR

This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively with faculty, students, and administrative staff.

Role Requirements:

  • Ability to think, ideate and articulate a thought in written and oral forms.
  • Having an elevated perspective that allows one to observe everything and form a holistic overview.
  • The ability to predict the consequences and future outcomes of tasks, programs and projects.

  • Effective communication skills along with appropriate body language that draws attention and enhances thought delivery and improves interactions and relationship building with the people around.
  • Being empathetic towards students, teachers, parents and every other stake holder and be compassionate towards their needs and objectives.
  • Ability to organize data, make frameworks and clear presentation skills.
  • Collaborative spirit towards accomplishing goals, working with teams, creating space for improvement of self and others.

Responsibilities:

  • To provide care and support for student wellbeing and development.
  • To effectively plan, organize and execute academic operations and school events.
  • Scheduling of classes and academic facilities, optimizing resources to meet the needs of students and faculty.
  • Develop and maintain student records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of information.
  • Organize and facilitate faculty meetings, professional development workshops, and other academic events to promote continuous learning and growth.
  • Serve as a liaison between faculty, administration and parents, facilitating communication and fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Oversee student admissions, registration, and academic advising, providing guidance and support to students throughout their academic journey.
  • Manage day-to-day administrative operations.

  • Familiarity with Data Analysis and Formatting
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Data analysis, Framework making and Presentation.

Salary:

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
