Job Summary:

The Academic Coordinator at a Nursing Coaching Institute is responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and smooth execution of academic activities related to nursing competitive exams. This role involves managing class schedules, monitoring student performance, coordinating with faculty, and ensuring that the academic content aligns with the latest exam patterns and syllabus requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage class timetables, subject-wise teaching plans, and exam schedules.
• Coordinate with subject matter experts (nursing faculty and doctors) for curriculum delivery and updates.
• Ensure timely coverage of syllabus for courses such as AIIMS BSc Nursing, NEET, NCLEX, and Staff Nurse recruitment exams.
• Track and analyze student performance through regular tests, mock exams, and assignments.
• Organize doubt-clearing sessions, remedial classes, and student-parent meetings (if applicable).
• Handle academic grievances and queries from students in a prompt and supportive manner.
• Assist in the preparation and quality control of study materials, test papers, and academic handouts.
• Conduct orientation programs for new batches and help with academic counseling of students.
• Supervise and evaluate teaching faculty for adherence to academic goals and teaching quality.
• Prepare and present academic reports to the management regularly.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nursing, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in academic coordination or teaching, preferably in nursing or medical coaching.
• In-depth understanding of nursing entrance exams and government recruitment tests.
• Strong communication, leadership, and time-management skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with test preparation strategies and nursing entrance exam trends.
• Working knowledge of academic tools and platforms (Google Classroom, MS Excel, LMS systems).
• Ability to manage student records and academic data accurately.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹36,867.87 per month
