Academic Coordinator

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and organized Academic Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, and monitoring of academic activities across our educational programs. This role is ideal for graduates or candidates who are passionate about education, community development, and working with an NGO.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily academic activities and ensure smooth execution of educational programs.
  • Assist in planning class schedules, academic calendars, and student activities.
  • Support teachers and facilitators with academic materials and lesson planning.
  • Monitor classroom activities and maintain academic records and reports.
  • Communicate regularly with teachers, students, and parents when required.
  • Assist in organizing training sessions, workshops, and academic events.
  • Prepare basic reports on student progress, attendance, and academic performance.
  • Provide administrative and coordination support to the Section Head.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Social Sciences, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Good communication skills in English and Urdu.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and email correspondence.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work with teachers, students, and community members.
  • Passion for education, social work, and community development.
