Position: Primary Level Coordinator

Reports To: Head of School / Principal
Job Purpose:
The Primary Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the academic and administrative functioning of the primary section, ensuring effective teaching practices, curriculum implementation, and a positive learning environment. She will act as a bridge between management, teachers, students, and parents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Academic Leadership
- Supervise and support teachers in lesson planning, curriculum delivery, and classroom management.
- Ensure effective use of modern teaching methodologies and resources.
- Monitor students’ academic progress and suggest remedial strategies.
- Organize assessments, examinations, and result compilation.
- Administrative Duties
- Prepare timetables, duty rosters, and substitution plans.
- Maintain discipline and ensure adherence to school policies.
- Keep records of attendance, performance, and progress reports.
- Teacher Development
- Conduct regular classroom observations and provide constructive feedback.
- Arrange professional development sessions and workshops for teachers.
- Mentor new teachers and assist them in adapting to the school environment.
- Student & Parent Engagement
- Address student behavior, learning needs, and welfare concerns.
- Organize co-curricular activities, competitions, and events for primary students.
- Maintain regular communication with parents regarding student progress and school updates.
- Coordination & Reporting
- Act as a liaison between primary teachers and senior management.
- Submit periodic academic and administrative reports to the Principal.
- Assist in planning school-wide activities and events.

Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Education or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of teaching experience at the primary level.
- Prior experience in a supervisory or coordinator role will be preferred.

Pay: From Rs82,000.00 per month
