Academic Program Coordinator

The Role

• Manage school-level stakeholder engagement with teachers, and principals .
• Be a liaison with parents through regular phone calls and Whatsapp communication, along with in-person meetings as possible.
• Oversee data collection, reporting, and performance tracking at the center level.
• Provide career guidance and counseling support to students.
• Provide in-school mentoring—motivating students, listening to their concerns, and guiding them in exam preparations.
• Provide after-school support for college counseling, scholarship applications, and career progression.
• Work directly with the female students, ensuring their specific needs are met and considered for both during and after program hours.
• Responsible for the overall administrative and academic coordination of the Centers of Excellence (CoEs).

What You Will Actually Do

• Lead program delivery outside of core academic content, including student mentorship, girls in STEM initiatives, college and career guidance and other initiatives aimed at the holistic development of each student Organize internal and external examinations, including logistics and result compilation.
• Support students with competitive exam applications (e.g., JEE, NEET, Olympiads).
• Conduct subject-specific doubt-solving sessions for students (Physics, Chemistry, or Mathematics).
• Maintain and analyze student academic performance and feedback data.
• Facilitate parent and school management meetings, orientations, and progress reviews.
• Provide administrative support to the academic and teaching staff for smooth functioning.

Who We’re Looking For

• Educational Qualification: B.Sc. / M.Sc. / B.Tech / B.E. graduates with the ability to teach Physics or Mathematics to school students.
• Language Profile: Proficiency in English; proficiency in the local/regional language is mandatory.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of JEE/NEET level teaching experience preferred.
• Gender Preference: Female candidates preferred
• Location Flexibility: Willingness to relocate and work in rural Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalayas (JNVs).
• Core Qualities: Passion for education, empathy for students, strong communication, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to teach JEE/NEET Main-level content in at least one subject (Physics and Maths).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
