About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned and strategic Account Director to lead key client accounts and drive integrated campaigns across digital and mainline platforms. The ideal candidate will bring 8–11 years of hands-on experience in a reputed advertising agency , with proven expertise in client relationship management, strategic planning, campaign execution, and team leadership .


Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the strategic lead and senior point of contact for key clients
  • Lead end-to-end planning and execution of integrated campaigns (digital + mainline)
  • Oversee and guide internal teams — creative, strategy, media, digital, and production
  • Translate client briefs into actionable strategies and high-impact campaigns
  • Develop and present strategic recommendations, campaign plans, and performance reports
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet/exceed client expectations
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with clients and identify opportunities for business growth
  • Mentor and manage account management teams to deliver at a high standard
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, market insights, and competitive landscape


Requirements:

  • 8–11 years of experience in client servicing within a reputed advertising agency
  • Strong understanding and experience in both digital and mainline advertising
  • Proven track record of managing integrated campaigns and brand strategy
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to think strategically while also managing execution with precision
  • Experience in managing and mentoring a team
  • Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field
  • Candidates must be currently based in Gurugram or open to relocating
