Our client, a fast-growing Saudi-based FinTech company, is looking for a motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join their commercial team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving merchant acquisition, managing client relationships , and expanding the company’s footprint in the SME Financing and BNPL ecosystem .


Key Responsibilities

  • Drive merchant acquisition and account growth.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle – from lead generation and pitching to onboarding, renewals, and upselling.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless integrations and client solutions.
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate CRM data and forecasts, ensuring pipeline visibility and accountability.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to overall commercial growth.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development within FinTech, payments, BNPL, or SME Financing industries.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Good understanding of the Saudi FinTech/ SME credit market.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
  • A proactive, goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic is required.
