ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

Job Summary

SS Scientific System is seeking a meticulous and experienced Accounts Executive to manage daily financial operations, maintain precise accounting records, and assist management in financial planning and decision-making. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, in-depth accounting knowledge, and the ability to work effectively under deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable and receivable, general ledger postings, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
• Perform supplier and customer account reconciliations accurately and on time.
• Ensure full compliance with Sales Tax, Income Tax, Withholding Tax (WHT), and other regulatory obligations.
• Coordinate with external auditors during annual audits and provide required documentation.
• Monitor cash flow, and assist in budget preparation, cost control, and financial forecasting.
• Maintain well-organized and up-to-date filing systems for all financial and accounting records.
• Support management in financial analysis and other ad-hoc tasks as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com / M.Com / ACCA Part-Qualified preferred).
• 2–4 years of relevant professional experience in accounting or finance.
• Hands-on experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Peachtree, or ERP systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to meet strict deadlines.
• Integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality in handling financial data.
