Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable General Accountant to manage daily financial transactions, maintain accurate records, and support overall financial operations. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance, accuracy, and timely reporting to support business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers, journals, and reconciliations
• Handle daily accounting operations (receivables, payables, cash, and bank transactions)
• Prepare and process invoices, payments, and expense reports
• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing
• Prepare financial reports, including profit & loss and balance sheets
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and company policies
• Coordinate with internal departments for financial data and reporting
• Assist auditors during internal and external audits

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 2–4 years of experience in accounting or finance (retail/wholesale experience preferred)
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (ERP experience is a plus)
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and organizational abilities

Pay: Rs75,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
