The role will focus on nurturing key client accounts, maximising growth opportunities, and ensuring tailored solutions are delivered in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of key client accounts, ensuring exceptional service delivery
• Develop long-term partnerships through regular meetings, strategic reviews, and proactive engagement
• Identify opportunities to expand relationships and introduce new services across accounts
• Lead contract negotiations, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes for both client and company
• Collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver bespoke solutions to client needs
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform account strategy
• Prepare and present proposals, tenders, and commercial agreements

Requirements

• Proven experience in account management or client relationship management within the financial services sector
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills
• Excellent commercial acumen and ability to identify revenue-generating opportunities
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work to tight deadlines
