Account Manager

Account Manager – End User Sales (Ankara)

We are looking for an Account Manager to drive growth in Ankara by developing and executing sales strategies for business imaging and print solutions.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales plans for assigned customers and resellers.
  • Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and expand the customer portfolio.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers.
  • Manage opportunities through CRM, ensuring accurate pipeline tracking and forecasting.
  • Support bid/tender processes and deliver solution-based sales proposals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to maximise customer satisfaction and service quality.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or related field preferred.
  • Proven sales experience in business/office print solutions. (5-6 years of experience)
  • Familiarity with government tenders is an advantage.
  • Strong relationship management, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Commercial awareness with ability to develop solution-driven account plans.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office; CRM experience is a plus.
  • Fluent in Turkish and English.
