Account Manager

Account Manager is responsible for ensuring operational success and order fulfillment within an assigned country. This is a shift-based and rotational role, meaning coverage and responsibilities may change daily depending on operational requirements.

The Officer plays a key role in monitoring orders, managing partner satisfaction, handling live operational issues, and coordinating with service providers and customer service teams to ensure seamless execution of delivery and home cleaning services.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee the complete order cycle from pickup to delivery within the assigned country.

- Monitor daily deliveries and ensure services are completed on time.

- Follow up promptly on delayed or pending orders with service providers.

- Track and update order status to maintain consistent performance.

- Handle partner support tickets and escalate unresolved issues when necessary.

- Support operations of the assigned country according to daily shift allocations.

- Supervise operations across different delivery points and escalate delays or failures.

- Act as a liaison between country teams and customer service.

- Assist with real-time incident handling and operational escalations.

- Prepare and submit shift reports summarizing incidents, order performance, and service quality.

- Ensure the timely execution of pickups and deliveries.

- Assist in the training and onboarding of service providers when needed.

- Provide direct communication support to partners for any operational requirements.

- Offer cross-country operational support during peak hours or emergencies.
