Account Manager

Gujranwala, Pakistan

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to manage an assigned pool of clients within a designated area. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through new client acquisition, recovering lost clients, and maintaining a strong relationship with active clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strategic approach to account management, and a proven track record of achieving revenue targets.


Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of active, lost, and untapped clients within the assigned area
  • Conduct a minimum of 5 client meetings per day
  • Develop and implement strategies to add new clients and grow existing relationships
  • Recover lost clients and identify opportunities to re-engage
  • Maintain a strong relationship with active clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Enter daily task entries in CRM to track progress and performance
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets


Requirements


  • Proven experience in account management or a related field
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to meet and exceed revenue targets
  • This is a field-based role, requiring travel to client meetings within the assigned area
  • Regular working hours, with occasional evening or weekend work as required
