noon, the region's leading consumer commerce platform. On December 12th, 2017,

noon launched its consumer platform in Saudi Arabia and the UAE, expanding to Egypt

in February 2019. The noon ecosystem of services now includes marketplaces for food

delivery, quick-commerce, fintech, and fashion. noon is a work in progress; we’re six

years in, but only 5% done.

What you’ll do:


The Account Manager will be an integral part of the Commercial team. They will own their category from the business development side to the growth side. They will be executing key strategic plans through building and maintaining relationships, exploring innovative ways to grow the category, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage strategic relationships with key partners
  • Responsible for end-to-end selection & category growth
  • Manage inventory and content health
  • Ensure best in class customer experience through strong merchandising, content and knowledge of customer journey for the category
  • Actively look at the commercial KPIs and explore collaborative opportunities to maximize seller performance and efficiency
  • Competitive analysis and benchmarking
  • Weekly reporting and key updates to management on seller statuses
  • Become the main stakeholder in the performance of a portfolio of stores
  • Run root cause analyses to provide answers in the occasion of poor store performance


What you’ll need:

  • Experience in the on-demand services industry is preferred
  • Experience in the ecommerce industry is mandatory
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
  • Proficiency in SQL
  • Strong problem solving, communication and team skills
  • Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities
  • Entrepreneurial and go getter spirit
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
