Position Overview

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Account Manager for our Riyadh Branch to take full responsibility for all accounting, finance, and audit operations.
The candidate must ensure proper financial control, handle VAT returns and audits, manage branch audits, store control, and all banking transactions, and coordinate closely with the head office in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the complete accounting and finance operations of the Riyadh branch.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial statements.
• Handle full yearly audit of the branch and coordinate with auditors for timely completion.
• Maintain stores inventory control, verifying stock records and reconciliations.
• Manage VAT filings, VAT audit processes, and ensure compliance with Saudi ZATCA regulations.
• Oversee bank transactions, LC handling, fund transfers, and reconciliations.
• Control accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and expense tracking.
• Supervise accounting staff and ensure timely completion of financial tasks.
• Report directly to the Finance Department – Head Office (Dubai) regarding financial status and performance.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (Master’s or CPA preferred).
• Minimum 5–7 years of accounting experience, including 2+ years in a managerial/supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi VAT law, VAT audit procedures, and ZATCA compliance.
• Proven experience handling annual audits, inventory/stores accounting, and bank dealings.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Tally, or ERP systems.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
• Fluency in English required; Arabic language is an advantage.
