We’re looking for an Account Manager who lives and breathes brands, someone who can connect strategy with creativity, manage clients with confidence, and make great ideas happen.

You’ll be the bridge between our clients and our internal teams, making sure every project runs smoothly, stays on strategy, and delivers results. From brand identities and campaigns to digital experiences, you’ll help bring it all to life.

While your focus will be on managing existing client relationships, you’ll also play a supporting role in business development, spotting growth opportunities, contributing to proposals, and helping us win new work.

What You’ll Do

  • Be the main point of contact for your clients, understanding their brand, business, and goals inside out.
  • Support in planning and executing brand and digital strategy projects - campaigns, content, social, websites, and more.
  • Work closely with our creative, strategy, content, and production teams to turn client objectives into impactful work.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and strategic recommendations that inspire confidence.
  • Manage project scopes, timelines, budgets, and deliverables across multiple clients.
  • Spot opportunities to grow accounts and support the team on new business pitches and proposals.
  • Keep everything organized from briefs and SOWs to reports and analytics.
  • Champion great client service, clear communication, and problem-solving at every step.
  • Help refine and uphold best practices for account management and workflow within the agency.

What You Bring

  • 3–5+ years of experience as an Account Manager (or similar role) in a branding, digital, or creative agency.
  • A solid understanding of brand strategy, digital marketing, and integrated campaigns.
  • Strong project management skills, organized, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a knack for building trust.
  • A strategic mindset that connects creative ideas to business goals.
  • A proactive, solutions-first approach with a collaborative attitude.
  • Experience using project management tools (ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com, etc.) is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
