As an Account Manager , you will play a key role in building and nurturing long-term partnerships across Oman. You’ll act as a trusted business partner to your accounts, helping them grow while ensuring strong collaboration and alignment with business goals. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys relationship management, commercial problem-solving, and working closely with partners in a dynamic environment.
🛠 What You’ll Get Your Hands On
- Manage and grow a portfolio of partner accounts across Oman
- Serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring partner satisfaction and retention
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
- Identify opportunities to improve account performance and drive sustainable growth
- Analyze account data and prepare reports, insights, and presentations
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and deliver seamless partner support
- Support onboarding, training, and ongoing education for partners

Participate in partner meetings, business reviews, and occasional events
- Strong understanding of account management and relationship-building best practices
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with cultural awareness and professionalism
- Commercial mindset with the ability to spot opportunities and propose solutions
- Comfortable working with data, reports, and presentations
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities

Collaborative attitude and a sense of ownership and accountability
- Experience working in Oman or the GCC market
- Background in technology, digital platforms, or service-based industries
- Exposure to sales, upselling, or revenue growth initiatives

Familiarity with local business customs and relationship-driven partnerships
