Accountant

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reconciliation & Reporting: Daily case log reconciliation, monthly payable tracking, and QuickBooks oversight for multiple entities.
  • Billing & Invoicing: Generating and verifying invoices, handling receivables, and collecting payments from clients.
  • Accounts Payable: Processing payments for radiologists and clinic-related expenses.
  • Payroll Management: Handling payroll for U.S. employees.
  • Client Communication: Making receivable calls and ensuring timely payment collection.
  • Financial Analysis: Preparing reports to assist in management decision-making.
  • Invoice Management: Cross-checking and sending invoices, including IT and clinic-related invoices.
  • Subscription & Expense Management: Overseeing and purchasing subscriptions for the company.

Requirement:

  • At least a bachelor's degree in relevant field.
  • Experience: 2+ year.
  • Excellent command on MS Excel.
  • QuickBooks experience.
  • Effective communication and comprehension skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs100,000.00 per month
