Accountant

Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting principles. This role requires a solid understanding of accounting principles and strong analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, examine, and analyze financial reports, statements, and records.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial documents, such as general ledgers, balance sheets, and income statements.
• Maintain and reconcile financial accounts (bank, accounts payable/receivable, etc.).
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
• Assist in tax preparation and filing, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
• Assist with implementing and improving accounting systems and processes.
• Provide financial advice and support to management for strategic decision-making.
