Accountant – Finance, Compliance & Reporting

• Location: Noida Sector-3
• Experience: 3–5 years (FinTech experience preferred)
• Qualification: Semi-qualified CA or CA (preferred)
• Compensation: 50K-75K per month | 6-9 LPA

EaseMyDeal is a fast-scaling fintech platform transforming how users engage with financial products. We’re seeking a detail-driven Accountant to join our finance team and work closely with the CFO. If you’re passionate about precision, compliance, and financial storytelling, this role offers deep exposure in a dynamic startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate books of accounts and general ledger integrity
• Prepare financial reports, MIS dashboards, and support month-end closures
• Manage budgeting, cost analysis, and financial forecasting
• Oversee payroll processing, bank reconciliations, and AP/AR cycles
• Ensure compliance with GST, taxation norms, and statutory regulations
• Collaborate cross-functionally to streamline financial operations

Preferred Skill Set

• Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, Zoho, or similar)
• Strong understanding of financial reporting and compliance frameworks
• Hands-on experience in budgeting, cost management, and financial analysis
• Familiarity with GST, TDS, and statutory filings
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Comfortable working on-site in a collaborative, fast-paced setup
• Prior experience in FinTech or startup finance roles is a strong plus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹75,000.00 per month
