Accountant

The Role
Position Title: Accountant Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 6.5K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: A vibrant, themed-shopping and lifestyle destination in Dubai. Job Description: • Maintain accurate books of accounts and prepare financial reports/statements in compliance with IFRS and GAAP. • Manage accounting documents, vouchers, and supporting records while ensuring compliance with VAT and Corporate Tax requirements. • Support audits and regulatory requirements, including corporate and government documentation. • Coordinate financial aspects of tenancy agreements, contracts, and real estate transactions.

Requirements

• At least 2 years’ UAE experience in similar role within shopping malls, retail, or real estate industry • Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or related field is required • Proficiency in IFRS, GAAP, VAT, and Corporate Tax; internal audit experience is a plus. • Knowledgeable of PACT, Tally ERP, or other Financial/Real Estate Management Systems.
