Key Responsibilities:
· SAP ERP & Transaction Processing
· Post and allocate customer payments in SAP accurately and on a timely basis
· Record vendor invoices, payments, and adjustments in SAP
· Monitor and track AR/AP balances within SAP
· Perform regular checks to ensure SAP transactional data is complete and accurate
· Accounting & Reconciliation
· Cross-check SAP data against accounting software and financial records
· Investigate and resolve discrepancies between SAP and accounting reports
· Assist in month-end closing activities related to AR, AP, and cash movements
· Maintain accurate general ledger records related to SAP postings
· Bookkeeping & Reporting
· Perform ad hoc bookkeeping tasks as required
· Support preparation of schedules, reconciliations, and supporting documents
· Assist with audit requests by providing SAP reports and accounting backup
· Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records
· Liaise with finance, operations, and IT teams regarding SAP data issues
Requirement:
Education & Experience
· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
· 2–5 years of experience in accounting or finance roles
· Practical working experience with SAP ERP
Technical Skills
· Strong understanding of accounting principles (AR, AP, GL)
· Hands-on experience posting transactions in SAP
· Experience reconciling SAP data with accounting systems or reports
· Proficiency in MS Excel
Soft Skills
· High attention to detail and accuracy
· Strong analytical and reconciliation skills
· Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
· Clear communication and teamwork skills
Preferred
· Russian Speaker
· Experience with month-end or year-end closing
· Exposure to audits
· Experience working in a multi-entity or multinational environment
