ACCOUNTANT – Construction / Fitout

Location: UAE

Industry: Construction / Interior Fitout

Key Responsibilities:

Manage full-cycle accounting for construction & fitout projects

Prepare project cost reports & budget monitoring

Track project expenses, material costs & subcontractor payments

Handle accounts payable & receivable

Prepare monthly financial statements & cash flow reports

VAT filing as per UAE FTA regulations

Bank reconciliation & payroll processing

Coordinate with project managers for cost control

Assist in audit preparation and documentation

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting / Finance

3–5 years UAE experience in Construction / Fitout industry

Strong knowledge of project costing & job costing

Familiar with subcontractor agreements & payment certifications

Experience with ERP/accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, or similar)

Strong Excel skills

Immediate joiners preferred
