About Us:

Green Plus Shipping and Logistics is a growing logistics and freight forwarding company based in Dubai. We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our Dubai office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily accounting operations and bookkeeping
• Handle Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
• Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, and journal entries
• Bank reconciliation and cash flow monitoring
• VAT filing and compliance as per UAE regulations
• Prepare monthly financial reports and statements
• Coordinate with auditors and maintain financial records
• Monitor customer outstanding payments and follow up

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting experience in Dubai (mandatory)
• Experience in Shipping & Logistics industry preferred
• Strong knowledge of UAE VAT regulations
• Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, or similar ERP systems)
• Good knowledge of MS Excel
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
