Job Overview:

Vidi EV, a growing automobile and electric vehicle company, is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to manage financial operations. The ideal candidate will handle accounting records, vehicle-related financial transactions, inventory costing, and ensure accurate financial reporting for smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain complete accounting records of sales, purchases, and expenses
• Handle financial transactions related to automobile and EV operations
• Manage vehicle inventory costing and stock valuation records
• Prepare invoices, vouchers, receipts, and payment documentation
• Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Perform bank reconciliations and ledger management
• Assist in monthly and annual financial reporting
• Support budgeting and cost control for vehicle sales and operations
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 1–3 years of accounting experience (automobile or trading industry preferred)
• Strong knowledge of bookkeeping, inventory accounting, and financial reporting
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (ERP preferred)
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Good understanding of sales/purchase cycles in trading or automotive business
