Accountant

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to manage financial records and support daily accounting operations for our building material transport company.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records and bookkeeping
• Handle accounts payable and receivable
• Record and verify company expenses
• Prepare payroll, including overtime and driver trip payments
• Generate invoices, delivery notes, and credit notes
• Enter and verify data in the QBM system
• Perform bank reconciliation and monitor cash flow
• Ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of accounting experience (UAE experience preferred)
• Experience in transport or building materials industry is an advantage
• Proficiency in accounting software (QBM or similar) and MS Excel
• Good knowledge of VAT regulations in the UAE
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills

Salary

• AED 3,000 – AED 4,500 (based on experience)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
