Accountant

What You'll Do:

• Manage bookkeeping engagements and maintain accurate financial records for a diverse client base
• Assist with GAAP conversions, lease analyses, and other accounting advisory projects
• Communicate directly with clients to gather information, resolve issues, and deliver results
• Various consulting projects in various industries – including cash management, financial projections, process improvements
• AI native projects to improve efficiencies both internally and with our clients

What We're Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience in public accounting or a client management environment
• Strong bookkeeping background with proficiency in QuickBooks, Xero, or similar platforms
• Solid understanding of fundamental accounting principles,

• Familiarity with federal and state tax compliance
• Ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic, evolving work environment — no two days look the same here
• Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a client-first mindset

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
