Position Overview:

As an Accountant at Crossway Consulting, you will play a pivotal role in our financial operations. Your primary responsibility will be to manage financial transactions, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with accounting standards. We are looking for an Accountant with 6 months to 1 year of experience in accounting, a strong educational background in accountancy, and excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger entries.
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.
• Perform financial analysis, reconciliations and variance analysis.
• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
• Prepare financial statements and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure efficient and accurate financial operations.
• Communicate financial information clearly, both verbally and in written reports, with internal and external clients.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (required).
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in accounting.
• Hands-on experience using QuickBooks and proficiency in MS Excel.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, standards, and regulations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and integrity.
• Effective organizational and time management skills.
• Available for the 10 AM to 7 PM shift.

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
