About the Role

KST Gulf Trading LLC is hiring an experienced Accountant to manage the day-to-day financial operations of our trading company in Dubai. If you have a strong background in accounts payable, expense management, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Record and manage all company income and expenses accurately and on time
• Verify that all financial transactions pass the required approval and compliance checks
• Prepare and maintain detailed expense reports using Microsoft Excel
• Clear due bills for the company — both online and through Al Ansari Exchange
• Process and track all vendor and supplier payments
• Maintain organized financial records and supporting documentation
• Support internal and external audits with accurate data
• Flag discrepancies or financial irregularities to management

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in accounting, finance, or bookkeeping
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field (or equivalent)
• Proficiency in Tally
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills (reports, formulas, data management)
• Experience with online payment platforms and bill processing
• High attention to detail and strong numerical accuracy
• Ability to work 6 days a week in Dubai
• UAE driving license is a plus
• Arabic language skills are a plus
• Open to all nationalities
