· Process Monthly Draw Funding Receipts

4. Payroll & HR

· Assist with Bi-Weekly Payroll Prep

· Assist with Payroll Related Billing Tasks

5. Prepare Month End Financial Statements

Education and Experience Requirements:

· Bachelor’s Degree in accounting or Finance is required

· 2-5 Years of Construction Accounting experience is preferred

· Experience in Financial Reporting is a plus

· Minor IT Experience is a BIG Plus
