Accountant

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our growing company is seeking a dedicated Real Estate Accountant to join our team. If you have a background in accounting, a passion for real estate, and strong analytical skills, we encourage you to apply. You’ll be responsible for preparing financial reports, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

MUST HAVE:

• Has an attested certificate.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• Proven experience in accounting or finance roles
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations
• Have knowledge in ODOO software
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and work independently

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Analyze income and expenses associated with these properties
• Prepare monthly financial reports for real estate properties
• Maintain accurate records of financial transactions
• Ensure that all accounts are reconciled with appropriate documentation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
