Accountant

Job Title: Accountant (Female)

Location: Al Quoz

Visa Preference: Spouse Visa/own Visa

Job Description:

We are looking for a female Accountant with minimum 2 years of UAE accounting experience to join our team in Al Quoz, Dubai.

Responsibilities:

Handle daily accounting entries and bookkeeping

Manage accounts payable and receivable

Prepare invoices, quotations, LPOs, receipts, and payment follow-ups

Perform bank reconciliation and maintain financial records

Assist with VAT filing and UAE accounting documentation

Prepare monthly financial reports

Maintain petty cash and expense records

Coordinate with suppliers, clients, and internal departments

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of UAE accounting experience

Knowledge of VAT filing and UAE accounting procedures

Experience in Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or similar accounting software

Good knowledge of MS Excel

Strong communication and organizational skills

Must hold a valid Spouse Visa

Immediate joiners preferred
