Job Description

We are looking for an Accountant with at least 2 years of experience in a contracting/construction company to manage day-to-day accounting activities and support financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle daily accounting entries, vouchers, and ledger postings
• Manage accounts payable and receivable
• Prepare monthly financial reports and expense statements
• Handle petty cash and bank reconciliations
• Assist with VAT filing and compliance
• Coordinate with project teams for cost tracking
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
• Support audits and management reporting

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a contracting or construction company (mandatory)
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Knowledge of UAE accounting practices and VAT
• Proficient in accounting software and MS Excel
• Good attention to detail and time management skills
• Ability to work independently

Salary & Benefits:

• AED 4,000 per month
• Other benefits as per UAE labor law
