Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and manage daily accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries
- Prepare monthly financial reports, ledgers, and reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial records
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards
- Ensure timely preparation and submission of tax-related documentation including GST, withholding tax, income tax returns, and other statutory filings
- Monitor cash flow transactions, expense tracking, and budget records
- Maintain proper documentation and support internal and external audit processes
- Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and customer accounts regularly
- Maintain accurate records of invoices, payments, and financial transactions
- Coordinate with banks, auditors, tax consultants, and internal departments when required
- Ensure compliance with company financial policies and regulatory requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (ACCA, CA Inter, or equivalent qualification will be preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles
- Good knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting
- Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, ERP systems, or similar tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and organizational abilities
- High level of integrity, accuracy, and confidentiality
