Accountant & Office Admin

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accountant & Office Admin to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle accounting duties while ensuring smooth office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily accounting tasks, including bookkeeping, invoicing, and financial reporting.
  • Handle accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations.
  • Maintain financial records and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
  • Oversee office administration, including scheduling, document management, and correspondence.
  • Assist in payroll processing and HR-related tasks.
  • Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in accounting and office administration.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, or similar).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
