We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accountant & Office Admin to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle accounting duties while ensuring smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily accounting tasks, including bookkeeping, invoicing, and financial reporting.
- Handle accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations.
- Maintain financial records and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
- Oversee office administration, including scheduling, document management, and correspondence.
- Assist in payroll processing and HR-related tasks.
- Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in accounting and office administration.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, or similar).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
