Requirements:
- BS in Accounting and Finance.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant accounting experience in a corporate or professional environment.
- Sound understanding of accounting principles, bookkeeping, and financial processes.
- Hands-on experience with accounting software and strong working knowledge of MS Excel.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in financial recordkeeping.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain organized records.
- Professional approach with a strong sense of responsibility and confidentiality.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions, including vouchers, invoices, and receipts.
- Prepare and post journal entries and maintain general ledger accounts on a regular basis.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable activities, including invoicing, payment processing, and follow-ups.
- Perform regular bank and account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Prepare monthly financial summaries and supporting schedules for internal reporting.
- Ensure proper documentation, filing, and audit-ready financial records.
- Assist in preparation of tax workings, filings, and regulatory documentation.
- Use accounting software and MS Excel for transaction processing, reconciliations, and reporting.
- Coordinate with vendors to verify financial data and resolve accounting issues.
