Accounting Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Accounting Administrative Assistant to join our team! Responsibilities

  • Manage daily office operations, including front desk duties, greeting visitors, and handling multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy
  • Assist with collecting and organizing monthly Client Sales Tax Data
  • Support accounting processes by organizing files, maintaining records, and ensuring accurate documentation of financial transactions
  • Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries via phone or email and offering assistance as needed
  • Coordinate calendar management and appointment scheduling for team members or clients
  • Perform clerical duties such as proofreading documents, filing paperwork, and managing correspondence
  • Support office management tasks including supply inventory, maintaining office equipment, and ensuring a clean, organized workspace

Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong computer literacy with excellent typing speed and data entry skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy in proofreading and data management
  • Bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse client needs effectively
  • Excellent phone etiquette and experience managing multi-line phone systems with professionalism
  • Prior experience in office management, clerical work, or administrative support roles such as dental or medical receptionist or personal assistant experience is preferred
  • Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a busy environment
