Accounting Assistant

Looking for a hard-working and experienced Administrator/Bookkeeper to perform a variety of financial and administrative tasks. These include, but are not limited to, keeping financial records updated, preparing reports, reconciling bank statements, and filing paperwork. The Administrator/Bookkeeper will be involved in clerical responsibilites, and certain accounting functions envolving Quickbooks, Appfolio, etc. A successful Administrator/Bookkeeper will ensure that the company’s daily business runs accurately and effectively while supporting all functions in a small office environment.

Responsibilities

  • Accounts payable and accounts receivable, including bookkeeping and banking tasks
  • Type accurately, prepare and maintain accounting documents and records
  • Administrative tasks, such as filing, ordering, running errands
  • Reconcile accounts in a timely manner
  • Assist and support all company personnel

Skills

  • Practical accounting experience
  • Previous office experience required
  • Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and financial reports
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Multitasker and well organized
  • Integrity and a willingness to learn
  • Positive attitude to support all areas of a small office environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
