Accounting Associate

We are a growing firm looking to add some aligned team members as we continue to grow.

• Looking for someone capable of handing paperwork received from State and Federal Agencies
• Experience with Quickbooks Desktop and Online required.
• A basic understanding of financial statements.
• Understanding of GAAP
• Create journal entries
• Analytical Mindset
• Attention to detail
• Great communication - an ability to admit when they need help through a problem, or see something that needs further investigation.
• Routine weekly / monthly updates as well as special projects
• Ability to work an EST time zone

We value great communication, and are willing to train the right candidate.

Bookkeeping from home is an excellent skill to have. We are looking for candidates that have a little more knowledge than basic data entry, and have the ability to read a balance sheet and understand how their work impacts the financial statements.

This is a long-term position. The right candidate will quickly earn raises and bonuses.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
