Accounting Manager- Experience in Import/Export

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager with a strong background in accounting and a solid understanding of trading processes, particularly in import and export operations. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in accounting, be detail-oriented, and able to manage all financial activities related to our trading business.

Responsiblities

• Oversee and manage daily accounting operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations.
• Prepare, review, and maintain accurate financial statements, ledgers, and reports.
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and reconciliations.
• Ensure accurate and timely recording of import/export-related transactions.
• Handle all financial documentation related to trading activities, including invoices, shipping documents, LCs (Letters of Credit), customs clearance documents, and other related paperwork.
• Monitor and track inventory costs, landed costs, and other trading-related financial data.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners (banks, customs, suppliers, and logistics providers) to ensure smooth financial operations.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist in audits.

Provide financial insights and recommendations to management for decision-making.
