Job Title: Accounts & Administration Executive – Inventory & Asset Management

Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates Department: Administration & Finance
Reports To: Finance Manager / General Manager Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Admin and Accountant to manage day-to-day administrative and accounting functions. The role also includes responsibility for inventory control and fixed asset management, ensuring accurate records and compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting & Finance

  • Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
  • Prepare and process invoices, receipts, payments, and expense reports.
  • Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing and reporting.
  • Support external and internal audits by providing required documentation.

Inventory Management

  • Monitor and record inventory movements (inward/outward) in the system.
  • Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile with system records.
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
  • Coordinate with warehouse and sales teams for inventory planning and control.

Fixed Asset Management

  • Maintain an up-to-date fixed asset register, including asset tagging and documentation.
  • Track asset acquisitions, disposals, transfers, and depreciation.
  • Conduct periodic physical verification of fixed assets.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies regarding asset usage and maintenance.

Administration

  • Handle office administration tasks such as correspondence, filing, and document management.
  • Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and internal teams for smooth office operations.
  • Manage office supplies and ensure timely procurement.

Other Duties

  • Prepare and submit regular reports on inventory and fixed assets to management.
  • Assist with payroll processing and HR administrative tasks as required.
  • Support other administrative and accounting functions as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in accounting, administration, or inventory management.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Odoo, Zoho, SAP) and MS Office.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to multitask and work independently.
  • Knowledge of UAE accounting standards and inventory practices is an advantage.
