- Processing payments and documents such as invoices, reimbursements & financial statements.
- Receiving and Reconciling invoices and identifying discrepancies.
- Enter and post financial data into internal accounts databases
- Handling cash disbursements and issuing cheque
- Participating in monthly, quarterly and annual audits.
- Handling communication between the organization and suppliers/vendors via phone, email and in-person
- Maintaining and improving the organization’s bookkeeping process and resolve discrepancies.
- Performing basic office tasks like filing, data entry, and mail processing, Maintain digital and physical financial records
- 3-5 Years experience in the related field
- Bachelors in Accounting, Finance, commerce or relevant field
- Available in Doha for a face-to-face interview
- RP with NOC or family-sponsored
