Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main liaison between clients and internal departments to ensure clear communication and successful project delivery.
  • Manage day-to-day customer requirements including RFQs, orders, forecasts, and delivery schedules.
  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and production milestones to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to support product launches, change orders, and design for manufacturability (DFM) initiatives.
  • Resolve customer issues or complaints promptly and effectively.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and lead upselling or cross-selling initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate records of account status, project updates, and customer communications using CRM systems.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
  • Support the development of pricing models and quotations in collaboration with finance and cost engineering teams.
  • Understand customer industry trends, product lifecycles, and competitive positioning.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years of experience in account management, preferably in EMS, electronics, or contract manufacturing industry.
  • Strong understanding of electronics manufacturing processes (PCB assembly, SMT, testing, supply chain, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities.
  • Proficiency with ERP and CRM systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce).
  • Ability to travel to customer sites and manufacturing locations as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
