Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the main liaison between clients and internal departments to ensure clear communication and successful project delivery.
- Manage day-to-day customer requirements including RFQs, orders, forecasts, and delivery schedules.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and production milestones to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to support product launches, change orders, and design for manufacturability (DFM) initiatives.
- Resolve customer issues or complaints promptly and effectively.
- Identify opportunities for account growth and lead upselling or cross-selling initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records of account status, project updates, and customer communications using CRM systems.
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
- Support the development of pricing models and quotations in collaboration with finance and cost engineering teams.
- Understand customer industry trends, product lifecycles, and competitive positioning.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of experience in account management, preferably in EMS, electronics, or contract manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of electronics manufacturing processes (PCB assembly, SMT, testing, supply chain, etc.).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Proficiency with ERP and CRM systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce).
- Ability to travel to customer sites and manufacturing locations as needed.
