A well reputed HVAC Company is looking for a competent Accounts Assistant with strong MS Excel reporting skills and solid experience in Accounts Receivable, account reconciliations, and coordination with vendors and production teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports using MS Excel.
Maintain and monitor Accounts Receivable and customer aging reports.
Follow up on outstanding payments and maintain accurate general ledger entries.
Perform customer, supplier statements, bank reconciliations and maintain proper documentation for FTA requirements.
Resolve billing and production-related discrepancies with vendors.
Coordinate with production and sales teams regarding financial matters.
Assist in monthly closing and management reporting.
Maintain proper documentation and record keeping.
Requirements:
Bachelor degree in Accounting and Finance
Minimum 2-3 years of accounting experience in Odoo and Tally.
Strong MS Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, reporting formats).
Good knowledge of Accounts Receivable and reconciliations.
Experience working with vendors and production-related accounts preferred.
Must be able to communicate effectively in *English and Urdu/Hindi*
