A well reputed HVAC Company is looking for a competent Accounts Assistant with strong MS Excel reporting skills and solid experience in Accounts Receivable, account reconciliations, and coordination with vendors and production teams.

Key Responsibilities:

 Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports using MS Excel.

 Maintain and monitor Accounts Receivable and customer aging reports.

 Follow up on outstanding payments and maintain accurate general ledger entries.

 Perform customer, supplier statements, bank reconciliations and maintain proper documentation for FTA requirements.

 Resolve billing and production-related discrepancies with vendors.

 Coordinate with production and sales teams regarding financial matters.

 Assist in monthly closing and management reporting.

 Maintain proper documentation and record keeping.

Requirements:

 Bachelor degree in Accounting and Finance

 Minimum 2-3 years of accounting experience in Odoo and Tally.

 Strong MS Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, reporting formats).

 Good knowledge of Accounts Receivable and reconciliations.

 Experience working with vendors and production-related accounts preferred.

 Must be able to communicate effectively in *English and Urdu/Hindi*
