Job Type: Full-time | Work from Office

Working Hours: Minimum 250 hours/Month (Mon–Sat)

Salary Range: ₹12,000 – ₹25,000 per month
(1 year experience: up to ₹15,000; higher experience & skills: negotiable up to ₹25,000)

Job Overview

We are hiring 3 Account Assistant for our Jaipur offices. The candidate will handle daily accounting, vouchers, reconciliations, GST/TDS support, and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Daily entries in Tally/ERP (sales, purchase, payments, receipts, expenses).
• Prepare & verify vouchers, bills, and maintain cash book.
• Bank reconciliation and petty cash management.
• Assist in GST, TDS & compliance work with CA/Finance team.
• Support in monthly MIS and audit preparation.
• Coordinate with other departments for payments & approvals.

Candidate Profile

• B.Com / M.Com Graduate (Accounting background).
• Experience:
• 1 year → up to ₹15,000/month.
• 2–4 years → ₹18,000–₹25,000/month (based on skills).
• Must know Tally, MS Excel, GST basics.
• Hardworking, disciplined, willing to work minimum 10 hours daily.
• Jaipur-based candidates preferred.
