The Role: You will be responsible for managing all accounting operations, ensuring compliance with local regulations , and providing accurate, timely financial data to management.

This role is crucial to maintaining the financial health of our projects and overall company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the General Ledger and prepare full Financial Statements.

• Handle Cost Accounting specific to construction projects (WIP, retention, variation orders).

• Oversee Accounts Payable/Receivable and manage all bank reconciliations.

• Assist in budget preparation, financial forecasting, and cash flow management.

• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT and other local tax regulations.
