Job Title: Account Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Account Executive to manage day-to-day accounting activities, ensure accurate financial reporting, and handle GST-related compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain company accounts and prepare financial statements.
• Handle GST returns, TDS, and other statutory filings.
• Assist in the preparation of balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and other reports.
• Manage vendor and client payments, invoices, and reconciliation.
• Support audits and ensure timely submission of required financial documents.
• Use MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and accounting software efficiently.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Hands-on experience with GST returns filing and accounting compliance.
• Strong knowledge of balance sheet preparation and financial analysis.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
• Good communication and organizational skills.

Qualification & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in accounting or finance.
